Useful golf guidance depends on clear responsibility. These standards explain how BirdieYard develops, reviews, corrects, and discloses its editorial work.
Authorship
Every article names the person responsible for the work and explains their relevant role or experience. We do not invent bylines, credentials, or first-hand experience.
Expert review
Golfer Improve and illustrated content, plus any diagram that makes a material claim, require a named, qualified reviewer. The visible review date reflects a substantive review, not a formatting edit.
Sources and method
Articles use inline citations to identify the sources that materially support factual claims. We prefer primary sources and explain how work was prepared when methodology context is useful to readers.
Corrections
Material corrections are dated and described on the article. Small spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a correction note. Readers can report a concern at support@birdieyard.com.
Disclosures
Commercial relationships, affiliate considerations, product access, and other relevant conflicts are disclosed where they could affect a reader's interpretation.
Images and diagrams
BirdieYard publishes only media with recorded ownership or permission and useful alt text. Diagrams with material claims state their assumptions and review details. We do not use stock imagery as a substitute for real coach trust signals.
