An eligibility or verification badge appears only after the specific status or claim has been confirmed through the current review process. A badge is not a ranking or a background-check guarantee.

Coaches confirm they are 18 or older.
Credential and course-association claims are labeled as verified only when the relevant evidence has been reviewed.
BirdieYard does not claim that every coach has passed a criminal background check.
Demo profiles are labeled, use sample information, and are excluded from real availability and trust signals.

Teaching-location safety

Coaches are responsible for choosing lesson settings that are safe, permitted, and clear about what golfers should expect.

Coach-owned backyards and home setups should have appropriate netting, space, and equipment for the lesson being taught.
Exact private addresses are not shown on public profiles.
